Return and Refund Policy
At Draw Pro Lacrosse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.

**Returns**
**Eligibility**: Returns are accepted within **30 days** from the date of delivery.
**Condition**: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
**Non-Returnable Items**: Customized or personalized products, as well as items damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for returns.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.   Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

**Exchanges**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at **drawprolacrosse@drawprolacrosse.com** with your order details.

**Defective Item Return Process**
1. Email us at **drawprolacrosse@drawprolacrosse.com** with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using the provided label.

**Warranty**
All products come with a **90 day limited manufacturer’s warranty**. If your product has a defect within this period, please reach out to us for assistance.
