Unpack & Set Up the Draw Pro Lacrosse Trainer (Fast)!!!

You just got your Draw Pro Lacrosse Trainer—now let’s get it out of the box and ready for Draw Reps in a couple minutes. The goal here is simple: unpack safely, confirm you’ve got everything, and get the unit in the perfect position for quality Draw Reps!
Before you start (quick checklist)
- Clear some space to unpack and setup (the dimensions of the Draw Pro Trainer are 48" x 12" x 6")
- Have scissors or a box cutter ready (use carefully)
- The Draw Pro Lacrosse Trainer weighs 37 lbs! Be sure to carefully lift with your legs!

Step 1: Open the Box
1. Set the Draw Pro Lacrosse box on a flat surface
2. Cut the packaging tape along the top of the box to open
3. Open the flaps and remove the foam packing material
4. Remove the manual bag – be sure to find the shoulder strap and stakes
5. Remove the packing stretch wrap
Step 2: Remove and Inspect the Components
1. Unstrap the channel piece from the base and set aside
2. Check the channel piece to verify it has arrived safely
3. Remove the base from the box and set aside
4. Check the base to verify it has arrived safely
5. Verify the shoulder strap and stakes have also arrived safely

Step 3: Transporting Your Draw Trainer
1. Attach the shoulder strap clips to the slots along one side of the base
2. Adjust the shoulder strap to the desired length
3. Place the channel piece into the base clamps
4. Secure the base clamps to the channel piece using the cords
5. Transport your Draw Pro using the side handles and shoulder strap
Step 4: Set Up Your Draw Trainer
1. Transport your Draw Pro Lacrosse Trainer to your desired location
2. Place the base onto any flat surface
3. Loosen the knob and confirm the base cylinder is clear
4. Remove the channel piece from the base clamps
5. Insert the channel piece into the base cylinder
6. Adjust the orientation of the channel piece to the desired spot
7. Secure the channel piece into the base cylinder using the knob
8. ***Optional*** Add weights or use field stakes for added stability & pressure

Step 5: Set Up Your Draw Reps
1. Select the type of Draw to practice (Pull, Push, Self, Behind, Forward, Down the Line, Far, Close ect.)
2. Grab any lacrosse ball and lacrosse stick
3. Place the lacrosse ball into the Draw Pro channel at the desired height
4. Using the pocket strings, press the back of the lacrosse head against the ball into the channel
5. Position your hands, arms, body and feet in a good “ready” position
6. Execute the Draw and secure possession!
